OveractDev Technology Partners was established in 2007, originally under the name Win-Web Experts. The company is built on the principle that it is the technology firm’s responsibility to understand our clients business needs sufficiently to suggest and apply technical expertise to solve those needs. In other words, we provide business solutions; not technical solutions.

The name OveractDev was selected as it is deeply rooted in what we do and how we do it. It is the combination of three words “Over” we begin by establishing an overview of a business’s needs and the technology that can meet those needs, “Active” we are full of energy and are in a perpetual state of motion, and “Development” we develop business value through software.
